What is the best time of year to charter a boat in Bali?
The prime season for boating in Bali is during the dry season, which typically runs from April to October. What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is outlined in our charter agreement. Generally, a cancellation made more than 30 days before the charter date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days may forfeit the deposit. However, if we must cancel a charter due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues, we will first attempt to reschedule. If that is not possible, you will receive a full refund. We always prioritise safety above all else.
Can we do scuba diving from the boat?
Yes, we can facilitate scuba diving for certified divers. We partner with reputable, PADI-certified dive centres who can provide a private divemaster and all necessary equipment to accompany you on your charter. This allows you to explore world-class dive sites like Manta Point or SD Point with an expert guide. Please notify us of your interest in diving well in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements and provide an accurate quote for this additional service.
Is alcohol included in the price?
Our standard charter package includes a wide selection of non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, juices, and mineral water. Local beers are often included in limited quantities. We do not include wine, spirits, or champagne in the standard rate, but we are more than happy to provision the vessel with your preferred beverages at an additional cost.
