What the proposal cruise includes

The core package is a private charter of two to three hours departing in the late afternoon, usually from Benoa Harbour or Serangan on Bali’s southeast coast.
Bali sits close to the equator, so sunset lands between roughly 6:00 and 6:30 pm all year. The photographer boards as part of the "crew" so their presence raises no questions.
The ring-moment choreography is the part couples worry about most, and the part that benefits most from planning. One WhatsApp thread covers all of it. You brief us once, and we brief everyone else.

Receive two or three vessel options with photos, exact pricing, and a suggested run-sheet, usually within 24 hours.

The balance is typically settled before or on the day of the charter, per the operator's terms, which we send you in full.

We reconfirm weather, timing, the cue, and every add-on, and you get a single contact for the day itself.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if it rains or the sea is too rough?
Bali's dry season (roughly April to October) is reliably calm; in the wet season we watch the forecast with the captain from 72 hours out.
Can the proposal stay a complete surprise?
Yes, and this is most of what we do. The booking sits under your name only, all communication goes through channels you nominate, the crew is briefed to present the cruise as a simple sunset sail, and the photographer works under the cover of being boat staff.
What time should we board for the best light?
Plan to be at the harbour between 4:00 and 4:30 pm. That puts you in position, at anchor, with drinks served, as the golden hour begins.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most of the year. For July, August, or the year-end holidays, book six to eight weeks ahead.
Can we continue to dinner or a hotel celebration afterwards?
Yes. The most common extension is a private car from the harbour to a beachfront dinner reservation we book on your behalf.
Do you arrange proposals on multi-day trips, such as Nusa Penida or Komodo?
We do. The proposal becomes one evening within a longer private itinerary.
