What the package includes

One itinerary, one price, one WhatsApp conversation

A greeter meets you at the arrival gate with a name board and escorts you through the priority lane using the group’s fast-track immigration service on arrival. In high season the standard queue at DPS can run 45 to 90 minutes; the escorted lane typically brings that down to 15 to 25 minutes, including visa-on-arrival processing and customs assistance. The greeter stays with you until you reach the car.

While you clear immigration, a driver positions the car at the VIP pickup point. Benoa Harbour sits 15 to 30 minutes from the airport; Serangan takes 20 to 40 depending on traffic. The car carries cold water and phone chargers, and the driver holds your vessel’s departure window, not a generic drop-off time. If your flight lands early, the boat is told. If it lands late, the boat is told that too.

A porter collects your bags at the carousel, loads them into the car, and at the marina the crew carries them aboard and stows them in your cabin or the saloon. You never touch a trolley. For multi-day charters we confirm luggage allowances with the vessel in advance, because storage on a sailing yacht is not the same as storage on a motor cruiser, and finding that out at the dock is the wrong moment.

To be clear about what we are: a concierge and booking desk. We arrange these services through the group’s vetted operators and partner crews. We do not own a fleet, and any operator who tells you they personally own everything from the immigration lane to the yacht deck deserves a skeptical second question.

For a party of two to four, the arrival package usually adds USD 150 to 400 on top of the charter price. Larger groups need a second vehicle or additional fast-track passes, and we price that transparently per head. We confirm a single fixed figure in writing before you pay anything, and that figure is the one you pay.

How to book

If your dates are peak season — July, August, or the year-end holidays — book the vessel first and the arrival services will follow; boats sell out months before greeters do.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take from the aircraft door to boarding the boat?

Plan on 60 to 90 minutes for most arrivals: 15 to 25 minutes through fast-track immigration and baggage, 20 to 40 minutes on the road, and a short welcome at the marina. Peak-hour traffic on the Benoa approach can stretch the drive, which is why we build a buffer into your departure window instead of promising a fantasy schedule.

Do you handle the visa as part of fast-track?

The fast-track team assists with visa-on-arrival payment and processing at the counter. Applying for the e-VOA online before you fly makes the escorted lane even quicker.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing that requires your attention. We monitor the flight, the greeter and driver reschedule automatically, and the vessel holds your window. For long delays that push past safe sailing hours, we rework the itinerary with the skipper, usually by shortening the first leg or moving departure to first light, and we tell you the options before you land.

Will I board from Benoa or Serangan?

It depends on the vessel and the route. Most day charters and Nusa Penida crossings leave from Benoa Harbour; some catamarans and dive-oriented boats berth at Serangan. Your itinerary names the exact harbour and jetty, and your driver takes you to the gangway, not to a car park somewhere near the port.

Can you arrange the package for late-night arrivals?

Yes, with one honest caveat: charters do not sail at midnight. For late arrivals we run the fast-track and transfer as normal, deliver you to your hotel or directly to a vessel berthed overnight where the boat allows it, and schedule departure for the following morning.

Can we keep the car and driver after the cruise?

Yes. Many guests extend the transfer into a full-day or multi-day chauffeured booking for the rest of their stay in Bali. Ask when you book the package and we will quote both together.
