What we collect
When you message the desk we collect only what arranging a charter requires: your name, the contact channel you chose to reach us on, your travel dates, your guest count, and anything you tell us about dietary requirements, certification levels or accessibility needs.
If you go on to book, the operator also needs passenger details for the vessel's manifest, which is a legal requirement for a licensed charter in Indonesia.
- Name and the contact channel you used
- Travel dates, guest count and itinerary preferences
- Dietary, medical or accessibility notes you choose to share
- Passport details, where a vessel manifest requires them
Why we hold it
We hold it to quote your charter, to brief the operator and crew, and to reach you if conditions change. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not sell it.
If you ask for a quote and do not book, we keep the enquiry only as long as it is useful to you — if you come back next season, it saves you retyping everything.
Who we share it with
Your details go to the operator of the vessel you charter, and to the specific partner desks that deliver a leg of your trip: the airport service for a fast-track arrival, the transfer fleet for a car, the dive desk for guided dives.
Each receives only what that leg needs. We do not pass your details to anyone who is not delivering part of your booking.
How to ask us to delete it
Message the desk on WhatsApp or email bd@juaraholding.com and ask. We will confirm what we hold and delete it, except where an operator is legally required to retain a manifest record for a completed voyage.
You can also ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or to stop contacting you entirely, and we will do that immediately.
